I am a USATF Referee in the Houston area of Texas. I have been starting track meets for the 15 years. I was in need of a new pistol.  I had used an Alpha, but my backup was no longer any good.  I was going to make my old Alpha my new backup.  My assistant starter has been telling me for the last 3 years about an Alpha pistol he bought from Morley Athletic. He told me that their prices were great, and they shipped it out very quickly. During the Fall I did my homework, and I did find that Morley's prices were better than anything I could find out there.  When I used the new Alpha it had some firing issues, I had to resort to my old Alpha and had no issues.  That night I took the new one home and cleaned it really well and thought I'd give it another try but again it did not work.  On the following Tuesday I gave Ken at Morley's a call and told him what was going on.  He agreed that I should give it another try and if I had any problems that he would replace it.  When it came time for the meet, the first shot was fine, but after that, the next 4 shots were barely audible, and the gun caught fire due to wadding get stuck in the cylinder.  I was lucky enough to have an NCAA referee that works national events on hand.  After the 3200, we had some time to kill.  We tested both my old Alpha pistol, his Alpha pistol and the new Alpha pistol.  We gave each gun 6 shots and we noticed that the new Alpha was not expelling the wad from the shell.  I sent this information to Ken at Morley Athletic and his reply was., "That's good enough for me. Send it back."  I later received an email that he did not want me to go to the next weeks meets without a gun and so he sent a new one right away.  All of this happened on Friday.  Today is Monday and I received my new Alpha pistol in the mail.  I also sent the previous pistol back and it was also delivered on the same Monday.  All I can say is that Morley Athletic will get my business from here on out.  I know the Houston area is a long way from Amsterdam, New York, but this is the company I will do my future business with. Thank You for excellent customer service.

Hi Ken

Just wanted to let you know we started installing the pads at Burbine Forest in southern Montgomery County and we are really happy with them.  So far we have 8 of the 18 installed all done by volunteers to install them. I know they have been installed at the course in Glens Falls too and have had good reviews. 

Montgomery County is planning a Grand Opening at the course this Friday at 5pm.

Since the cancellation of my son’s college season it’s been hard to continue training on a regular schedule and his spirit in the beginning of all this had diminished a bit. We’ve been very satisfied of the stirrups bought 3 season ago!  There is only 1 pair of the twelve that we bought that had trouble

All of the 11 others are actually still pretty good! The color is getting kind of light a little but we use them for more than 180 baseballs games and they didn’t tear or anything !!

If we change our uniform I’ll contact you for sure !

Been meaning to send you a note.  Athletes were thrilled to return to campus and see new netting on the indoor soccer goals.  My goals are not exactly current field hockey goals, so the netting runs a little bigger on them, but had no issues adapting.  They are taking a pounding during out indoor soccer league and holding up great!

Starting out we had searched and priced several different vendors on this product. Your company came through with the best quote by a long shot. We have been using the runway now for 4 years as our long jump run, triple jump way. For the first year we were rolling it out every spring for track, then after track rolling it back up and storing it inside till that time next year. That got to be a hassle because of the weight of the roll. So, we called Morley's and asked them about an adhesive to use with it and just adhere it to the concrete. We were advised of what to buy so we ordered it and applied it as directed and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to glue it down permanently. The runway to this day looks the same as it did the day we ordered it. Very good product, worth the money, we will purchase it again when needed. The personnel made these transactions very easy as well. They were very accommodating throughout the process. I would recommend Morley's as well as the product to anyone in the market for a ROLLOUT RUNWAY.
