The JR is two inches shorter in
length THAN THE ADULT SWIMMERS SNORKEL to account for less lung
capacity of younger swimmers, 12 years old and under. Swimmer's Snorkel allows
swimmers to concentrate on body balance, head position and
stroke technique by eliminating the breathing cycle rotation.
Breathing through a snorkel while swimming in creases the
capacity of the lungs to expel air required for optimal intake
of oxygen. Regular snorkel training increases C02 tolerance and
V02 max, as well as, when used together with the cardio cap,
provides equivalent benefits associated with altitude training.
This patented front-mount design swimmer's snorkel can be worn
with any standard swimming goggle. |
