This SpeedTraining Sled adds weight and resistance to your run, so you can increase speed and leg strength. This effective training sled is made of 1'' rust-resistant galvanized steel. The padded steel plate is 10'' L x 16'' W and weighs 20 pounds. You can add extra weights to the sled to increase the resistance level. The sled comes complete with a specially designed waist and shoulder harness that is fully adjustable and features a quick release attachment.
