CLIMBING KNOTS
Climbing knots are available for custom ropes. Climbing knots are great for providing assistance for climbing rope participants. Knots are recommended to be 18 inches apart. To find out the number of knots needed for your gymnasium climbing rope you will have to multiply the number of feet x 12 and divide that number by 18 this will determine the number of knots that will fit the rope- then subtract 2 knots to make additional room at the tope and bottom of the rope where knots are not needed. Example: 18' x 12 =216, 216/18= 12-2 = 10 for an 18' rope you will need 10 knots. There are four different types of knots to choose from as above.
